Delivery charge
The delivery charge within the UK is shown at the checkout stage and is a flat rate regardless of order value. This means that larger orders are better value for our customers.
For delivery outside the UK the order charge will be by quotation according to destination and weight
Despatch
Items will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and received within 5 working days of receipt of order. If we can not deliver within this time we will advise the customer immediately.
Cancellation, refund and replacement
Green Coffee Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any order
An order may be cancelled within thirty days of receipt of goods provided that the goods are returned in unused condition at the expense of the purchaser. A refund will be made within 30 days.
If goods (other than green coffee beans) are returned as being faulty within twelve months of the date of purchase, and providing they have been used in a reasonable manner, a free of
charge replacement will be made, including the cost of return postage.
None of the above shall affect your statutory rights
